Following the acquisition of Island Capital Ltd (ICL) by Tawa PLC in October 2010, the Administration Agreement between ICL and QBE was terminated with effect from January 21, 2011. ICL has entered into a run-off management agreement with Pro IS Inc (a subsidiary of Tawa PLC) to manage the remainder of the run off. All future correspondence related to risks insured by Island Capital Ltd or Island Capital (Europe) Limited should be directed to Paul Mooney, President & CEO of Island Capital Ltd. Mr. Mooney is also an employee of Pro IS Inc. (contact information below).

January 29, 2009 - Exporters Insurance Company, Ltd. has changed its name to Island Capital Ltd., and the company’s website and e-mail address ExportersInsurance.com has been changed to Isle-Capital.com.
