November 21, 2008 - Exporters’ trade credit and political risk insurance underwriting business has been sold to QBE. Exporters has ceased underwriting new insurance business, and its underwriting group has moved to QBE's New York headquarters. Under our agreement with QBE, QBE will administer the run-off of Exporters’ existing insurance portfolio, including claims administration. QBE can be contacted at the following address:
January 29, 2009 - Exporters Insurance Company, Ltd. has changed its name to Island Capital Ltd., and the company’s website and e-mail address ExportersInsurance.com has been changed to Isle-Capital.com.
